Rustic, natural wooden textures with navy blue accents were the theme for Jade and Jonathan’s beautiful Summer wedding at Halifax Hall and we just can’t get enough of it! The contrasting tones in their decor looked so effortlessly chic on the day and gave off a real warmth that enveloped the venue and each of their 26 daytime guests. Their table plan and LOVE decorations were provided by Prestige Event Company and beautifully complimented their Chivari chairs. To add to their rustic flair, Jade and Jonathan included a homemade photo booth in their decor to entertain their guests and capture their day as a memory that would last a lifetime. For those tired dancing feet, flip flops were provided by the couple for their family and friends as they danced the night away in celebration of their union. Monica F Hewitt created the floral displays for Jade and Jonathan’s special day, incorporating the classic tones blue and white to create a fresh and calming aura for the tables.
Jade and Jonathan’s choice of a finger buffet for guests was an excellent option for the relaxed and intimate feel of the Summer’s day, alongside their selection of light dishes for their wedding breakfast. Leek and potato soup with chive crème fraiche and herb croutons was served to start, followed by supreme of French trimmed chicken with button mushrooms, smoked bacon and pearl onions with white wine sauce and fondant potato. Leaving room for dessert, their sweet option was truly indulgent- treacle tart and raspberry clotted cream with salted caramel sauce.
A friend close to the family was chosen to capture the couple’s special day, which means they were able to use their knowledge of the couple’s personalities to capture their true happiness in a candid and natural setting. You can see more of Jade and Jonathan’s Summer wedding in our gallery below.
