Christmas 2017 Terms and Conditions

For all bookings for Christmas 2017 the following terms and conditions will apply:

  1. We require a £10 non-refundable deposit per person to secure all bookings
  2. We charge a room hire rate to all private parties – prices can be confirmed by the events team
  3. Final details for all bookings must be given 4 weeks before, this includes: name by name pre-order, pre-ordered drinks, dietary requirements. Failure to provide final details will result in guests being given a chef’s choice meal
  4. Final payment must be made 4 weeks before your booking
  5. Any cancellations during the 4 weeks period will be non-refundable
  6. Any bedrooms paid by a company booking must be confirmed and paid for at least 4 weeks in advance, any cancellations after this period are non-refundable
  7. If your party number exceeds 60 guests there will be a choice of 2 options per course and the accompanying vegetables for the main course will be served family style
